GoldMail, Inc. Anti-Spam Policy


GoldMail, Inc. is committed to permission-based e-mail marketing, and accordingly has adopted this zero-tolerance Anti-Spam Policy. Examples of usage that violate this policy include but are not limited to:

• Sending e-mail to persons who have not specifically requested information from you, or with whom you do not have a preexisting personal or family relationship

• Sending e-mail to lists that are purchased, rented or leased from any third party

• Use of robots and similar devices for automated, high-volume e-mail list signup

• Sending unsolicited e-mail via a third party that then references a GoldMail, Inc. account or landing page, or falsifying the headers or other indentifiers to misrepresent the source of the e-mail

• Unsolicited IRC, instant messages, SMS/text messaging or other mobile messaging

• Postings to online newsgroups, social networks, forums, blogs, comment areas or websites that are prohibited by their terms (such as off-topic postings) and that then reference a GoldMail, Inc. account or landing page

• Other unacceptable marketing practices such as link/banner overlays and spawning browser windows

Spamming by customers who use GoldMail, Inc. products and services, or who reference any GoldMail, Inc. account or landing page, is strictly prohibited and will result at GoldMail, Inc's sole discretion in prompt termination of the customers GoldMail, Inc. account(s) and deletion of all content, without refund.

Various spam practices also may violate United States federal and state law, as well as laws of foreign jurisdictions, which may result in substantial civil (monetary) and criminal penalties.
